Multimedia Design I Introduction to the principles and practice of multimedia design. MULTIMEDIA I implements the use of Macromedia Director as the authoring environment, and gives an overview of various media technologies for delivery; CD-ROM Laserdisc and the Web. The course is divided in two parts; the first half is devoted to the creation, and control of digital media, the second part focuses on basic concepts that apply to all programming and authoring platforms.
